Albert C. Buglione, a partner at Buglione, Hutton & DeYoe, LLC. He attended Seton Hall University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995.
After law school, Al served a Judicial Clerkship with a Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey (Passaic County Vicinage).
Albert C. Buglione was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1995. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Passaic County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Buglione is a Master in the Justice Robert L. Clifford American Inn of Court.
Al is currently serving as an Attorney for a number of Public/Municipal Entities and Insurance Carriers in the State of New Jersey, and served as Chairman of a Local Ethics Committee.
Mr. Buglione is experienced in all phases of Civil Trial and Appellate practice and concentrates in the practice areas of: Professional Liability/Insurance Defense, Legal/Medical Malpractice Defense, Municipal Law, Employment Discriminatory/Wrongful Discharge Defense, Governmental Liability Defense and Land Use/Zoning and Planning.
Al served as a lecturer and author for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on the subject of Legal Malpractice, and for the Institute for Paralegal Education on the subject of Legal Drafting for New Jersey Paralegals.
